Ok firstly... YAY 4 day weekend, so happy about that, although I will be spending most of it reading, writing, researching various things for uni, but I can live in blissful ignorance, lol!

Also, I have JUST started to watch Gossip Girl, and I'm totally hooked. Also can't help but notice the similarities in the characters in GG to some of those in The OC

Blair = Summer
Dan = Seth (possibly little bit of Ryan in there as well)
Serena = Marissa (only S is less annoying)
Gossip Girl = Taylor

The others are just sort of a mixture of the others... ok Dan and Jenny's Dad reminds me of a Sandy type also, and the two mothers (S and B's) so have a little of Julie Cooper in them! 

Chuck reminds me of Sebastian from Cruel Intentions, just a little and before he actually fell in love and changed etc etc.

But thats just me, lol! I so can't wait for the next new episode =D

Oooo and also on a good note, just read that Stargate Atlantis has been picked up for a 5th season... *happy dance* so very very happy about that, I love the show some much

A HOT builder working at the pub!!! (bet you were expecting something more interesting, I know!!)

So we've been having this extension put onto the pub for the past 4 months or so, might be longer I don't know, but they guys working on it all summer (and yes unfortunately with their shirts off) were all old, and well, not great man candy at all!!! In fact I was almost giving up hope (although would have been nice if this guy were around during the summer *cue top less fantasy* LOL) anyway... so yes he's so hot, and has a smile to die for, seems like a pretty decent bloke too, but well I doubt I'll ever really get to chat to him so how knows whether he's nice or a complete bastard. It's just nice to know that when I got to work for the next few weeks at least I'll have some pretty good man candy to get me through the 3 hour shifts ^_^ !!!



OOOOOOOO and OMFG, just got to the end of season 1 of Dexter.... ahhhhh so good, I can't believe it took me so long to get to this point, I can finally watch season  now. But although I sort of expected the ice truck killer to be Rudy it never crossed my mind that he would be that closely linked to Dexter. Awww it was just so sweet when they had that moment before Dexter slit his throat! I actually wanted something to happen like Dexter letting him go and they go off and have this very dysfunctional life together, after all Dexter lost the only person who would ever really accept him given the nature of his life and tendencies.

So I've just seen the newest episode of Private Practice, and I completely loved it!!

Addison getting all down and mad that no one remembered her party, felt bad for her but she held up well, and why does it have her almost ranting at the others when she thinks they are excluding her from the little group? I don't like angry Addy that much!!

I'm glad that things are sort of kicking off a little more with Addison and Pete (Tim Daly <3!!)  and everyone telling Pete that Addy is getting to him, hopefully there will be more of this sort of interaction in the next few episodes, I don't want them to go back to the childish fighting/arguing that happened in the first 2 or 3 episodes!!

There is a chance that Addison can have kids.... I was SO happy when they said that, it was just too sad in the backdoor pilot when it was found that she out of time. I know Naomi was just trying to help out, but it was a little mean to almost crush Addison's dreams of having a child.

Dell... he is just so in love with Naomi, it's not going to end well, I know it but gotta love the guy for trying, also it's really good to see him finally getting some more air time than in the first few episodes, turns out he's pretty funny!! It was so sweet when he was acting all over excited about Addison's party and the fact that he had sent his RSVP when no one else had.

Cooper, aw he loves Violet, actual confirmation that he loves her, it's just a shame that she is still hung up on that ex of hers and Cami saying not to completely rule out the possibility that whats his face is still into her, thats not going to help Violet move on at all. But she was priceless in this one, just the scene with her Cooper and the pot of pee ^_^

Finally found the motivation to edit and change the look of my journal... now all that's left is to change my icons, do university work and sleep, not necessarily in that order!! Oh and finish watching Stargate Atlantis ^_^....

Also, I think everyone should go and watch The Invasion with Nicole Kidman and Daniel Craig (<3 him soooooo much, and he may look a little odd in this film but he is still perfect!!). It was a weird film, and the concept was a little terrifying, a sort of alien entity that basically acts like a virus and fundamentally changes who we are and how we act, well I think it's a creepy thought. But Nicole was great, totally believed her when she was running for her life and with her being scared out of her mind. Also Daniel Craig... not only does he look great but he acts really well also, I really thought that he and Nicole's character were dating at the beginning of this movie, was so shocked when they said they were just good friends *shrugs* and I cant work out if by the end of it they are actually together or now, lol... it's rather annoying, I'm sort of assuming that they are but well, maybe I'll have to watch it again :p!!

I'm not sure I can last till the end of this week without the usual Prison Break fix!! I just cease to function when I haven't had a new episode from week to week when in new season time, sad I know, but thats how much I love it. At least I got to see heroes this week and boy was it good!!! Really loving this season, a lot more than I thought I would, but there are just so many questions that I need to be answered that I seriously cannot wait.

I really should be doing my reading for uni tomorrow, but well, can't really be bothered yet as the net is just so much more entertaining... and also can't wait for a new episode of Private Practice and Dirty Sexy Money :D gotta love new shows and the whole new season with everything back and in full glory.

So not looking forward to tomorrow, I get my results back from my 2nd year of uni, I'm just so nervous it's unbelieveable! Either way I'm going to be happy as a pig in shite tomorrow or throwing myself into the clutches of hell... and it's all dependent on one word! Pass or Fail, lol! Annoying the amount of power a word can yeild isn't it?

Nothing else to say really...

Loving summer holidays, getting to sleep in to who knows what hours, not having to think about anything... forgot how lovely a feeling it is...

and about 4 hours of missed Lost episodes to catch up on... isn't it great when you get to the holidays and can afford to plan days that involve doing very little?!

Don't ask about the subject as honestly I have no idea, lol!

Todays been weird and very very annoying!! felt fine until about 11.30 when everything went to hell and I started to feel like crap... and still do (unfortunately)!!! Oh well, as long as I feel better get to go out tomorrow to celebrate friends birthday, if not guess just have to do the sensible thing and say sorry can't make it :( which would piss me off!! Butthats tomorrows problems!

The weather has been fantastic, shame I've had to be in lectures or at work through it all :( if it's like this tomorrow al least thats something to look forward to if everything else is crappy!!
